Shipping times are an estimate given to us by our courier. These times are based on the dispatch date. There can be delays during the delivery process, so we can not guarantee these times.
International orders may be subject to additional taxes and import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer and Concave has no obligation to pay for such fees or taxes.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays
- We cannot deliver to PO boxes
- We do not refund express shipping costs for returned items
- For fraud reasons, we do not ship to Cuba, Cote d'Ivoire, Iran, North Korea, Libya, Congo, Iraq, Liberia, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe, Balkans
